Apply
Download the app and complete the application. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes — we ask for the kind of detail that matters, not padding. Once submitted, pay the £30 fee in-app. It's non-refundable and funds the rigorous vetting that follows.

Get approved, meet your concierge
Accepted applicants receive an invitation to select a plan: Signature, Prestige, or Elite. Once you join, you're assigned a concierge, and your full access to the app begins.

This conversation is your concierge's blueprint. It shapes every match they send and informs your Platinum Pairing requests. Introductions only leave our desk once they clear a 75% compatibility score, and a human concierge reviews every single one before it reaches you. The system shortlists; a person decides.
